Lindy Winter Warmer One day intensive in partnered Lindy Hop and solo Jazz Steps.

Saturday 6th December 2014 saw the amazing studio spaces at the Deptford Lounge filled with 40 Lindy Hoppers eager to extend their dance skills with workshops for both 'beginner' and 'intermediate' dancers. Temujin, joined by the lovely Wendy Steatham, took this rich and varied group of local dance enthusiasts through a full day of 'rug cutting fun', inviting them into the vibrant world of original Jazz and Lindy Hop. A great day of Lindy Hop and a fun-filled social dance gathering, getting everyone hyped up and prepared for their Xmas festivities and beyond.

Grounded Skills Exchange

Professional training in Lindy Hop, Breaking and Rhythm Tap. Sunanda Biswas and Temujin Gill shared their collective knowledge and expertise over a six week course at Husky Studios in Autumn 2013.

The programme provided training in the foundations, range of skills and language key to Grounded's unique blend of original street dance forms. It was open to dancers with experience in one or more of the three dance styles. Temujin and Sunanda welcomed all dancers with an interest and enthusiasm to learn new skills. Four of the dancers on the programme went on to take part in Grounded Development research programme - results of which soon to be available on Grounded's new forthcoming website.
